Why are you allowing Vayne's W - Silver Bolts to proc with Guinsoo's? She was melting tanks before, and now they're nonexistent against her. It's broken beyond all reason and is infuriating to the point I don't want to play League 95% of the time anymore because people don't ban Vayne; and when I do it's a "crime against humanity" or some other BS.
