Constant Bugsplat

I can't even open up the client because it constantly crashes with a bugsplat, restarts. and bugsplats agin. I've cleaned my PC and rebooted it, uninstalled League, cleaned my PC, then reinstalled and it hasn't fixed this issue. What the hell is going on here Riot?

If you have Discord its because of that, if you open discord and go to settings, then go to overlays and turn them off it will fix it
