Legit I feel dirty using this champion. I don't think he's OP but I have yet to lose with him in either Season 5 or Season 6 in ranked on my main account or secondary account. He's got a 53% winrate in Plat+ and performs 4th best in numbers out of all junglers considered. I always win with him in ranked and I feel like I always lose to Amumu in ranked. Does he deserve nerfs or do people just not understand how to play against him? It's crazy lol.
First off, he's not sad. It's an act. He isn't Emo at all. It's all an act. He's actually from Vancouver, I grew up right down the road from him. Super rich parents. Total douche... he just acts all Emo because he thinks it helps him get chicks.

but ya, he's a bit overtuned in some areas but overall hardly a champion that Riot should be worrying about (or anyone for that matter) over all the other champions that need attention
He's sleeper OP if you ask me. The thing is he can pump out pretty good damage even building full tank which isn't exactly healthy. But maybe riot doesn't see him as dominating to the point of needing nerfs? Maybe he's just a good champ? Who knows...
He's pretty fun, imo. When I smurf, I tend to take him top lane. Amazing trading potential.
As for power, he might be incredibly strong but he feels like he has counterplay. Pre-6, he has to land a long CD skillshot, with a fair delay to gank. Post 6, he either has to flash or land the skillshot. Compared to someone like Sejuani who can throw her AOE stun, seems much stronger.
He's pretty stupid. I find myself laughing when playing him. All I need to do is keep close to my enemy and they will die eventually. I build AP just to make tanks cry in pain.
It's ridiculous, but he's got weaknesses (that I can't find) that make him not used too much in higher play I imagine.
Mana problem without blue buff, can't duel in his jungle, needs items. Gragas and Seju are just better than him in higher elo, they can escape and offer similar teamfight and ganking potential. Vs competent Lee, Udyr, Shyvana, Elise, Nida and so on, Amumu will feed and will get denied buffs and camps, so the enemy team will probably snowball.
