Let's talk about matchmaking in flex

Here is the last flex game I played, I was in promos to gold 2, there is a 310 MMR difference between the two teams. Every single time I'm in a promo series, this type of stuff happens. I'm tired of having the deck stacked against me when I queue up for a game. Can we please have a fix to this BS matchmaking and MMR?

Its flex.You play with a team or dont play at all.

The enemy team has 2 unranked players. Also if you lost the game you would not lose much MMR at all, and if you won you would boost your MMR. It really is not a big deal.
