Fiora is being played in LCS now
... you can nerf her now rito.
... you can nerf her now rito.
And a 42.4% winrate but you know who cares about that one teensy-weensy little important detail that would ruin your QQ thread.
she has a 52% winrate
http://www.gamesoflegends.com/champion/stats.php?id=23&season=S7
Or 35.9%, if you use this one, for Spring 2017 across all regions: http://oracleselixir.com/statistics/champions/2017-spring-champion-statistics/
Fiora is maintaining a 51% win rate (with a 16% play rate) in Korea and her win rate to play rate ratio has been like this for months. She's broken and either she needs to get nerfed or Fervor of Battle does. You can't have your cake and eat it every time.
Today I learned being good is the same thing as being broken. Who knew.

Sometimes, but not always. In Fiora's case, it's true. Good sarcasm by the way. I'm sure you're popular at parties.
Fiora has both clear counterplay and statistics to back it up. She is strong but fine. Death's Dance buff is just overbearing on all of its users.
Oh and thanks for the compliment.
Sorry I was just talking about in all ranked
I think of fiora like melee vayne
You know how yasuo is a melee adc?
Thats how I think of fiora.

Basically, except being melee is a fucking huge downside.
Fiora can't oneshot you quickly because she has a tough time getting to the backline.

That's true, considering her only mobility is a short dash.
Doesn't change my distaste toward the champion considering I can't ever deal with one
Except she tends to go a bruiser ish build?
Fiora nerfs are inevitable. Not today, not tomorrow, but it'll happen.
Yeah it's inevitable balanced champions will get nerfed. facepalm

Just look at what they did to Rengar...
He was broken af, then they took him to a balanced state, where more people complained cause they were still getting oneshotted and now they gutted him to the point where there is no point in picking him over kha'zix
Fun fact: At rank 1, his Q will do less damage than an auto attack

Fun fact - most auto attack resets don't do the equivalent of an auto attack in damage.
And most don't have 4 second cooldowns.
Compare to Riven Q - 13 second cooldown, 3 casts. Rengar will get 3 casts in 13 seconds. Riven's Q does remarkably less damage at lvl 1 (10 base damage, ~40% AD scaling). Riven passive balances out damage. Rengar gets more reliably with his (all 3 RIven Q's need to be used at an interval of 3 seconds), although Riven also gets a knock up + dashes. Now, with Riven's passive, the damage is about equal, and Ferocity empower takes the place of Riven's utility + better trades,

Riven you can animation cancel and it'll still feel smooth. If you start to play rengo for a while, and if you played him pre-rework, you'll understand how clunky this current Q feels.
And- even though Rengar is considered a "diver", which personally I dislike, building him assassin isn't as effective cause of his Q clunkiness.
Vayne tumble resets AA, does more damage
Yasuo Steel Tempest is an AA
Trundle's Chomp-4 sec cd, resets aa
Rek'Sai Queen's Wrath
Nidalee's Takedown
Illaoi's Harsh Lesson
Gangplank Parrrley which is basically an auto attack
At rank 1 all of these have CD's ranging from 6-4 seconds.
At max rank, basically ALL aa resets would do same, if not more damage than an AA(which makes sense) These would also be on lower cooldowns with a few exceptions.
Rengar Q is in fact, one of the weaker AA resets early on. Rengar Q does not count as an AA as it once did Also it's basically unnoticeable because of the long cast time on his Q.

Compare it to Riven's Q and you'll see it's not super clunky. It's not as smooth as a normal auto attack reset, but it's definitely nearly as good as Riven's. You can also partially animation cancel it.

No, no they don't. In order for the bonus damage of an auto attack reset to do more than an auto attack, it needs to either have really high bases + decent scales, or have at least 100% bonus total AD scaling.
Parrrley has merely a 100% AD scaling, with 120 base damage max rank. It does more than a normal auto attack in extra damage if he has less than 120 AD.
Vayne's Tumble scales up to 50% AD.
Trundles Q scales up to 100 base damage and 20% AD.
The only one who has an auto attack reset that does as much damage as an auto attack, besides Rengar, is a fully maxed Shyvana Q with a 200% AD scaling.
In comparison, Rengar Q, at max rank, has 210 base damage, and a 120% AD scaling. And it's also an auto attack reset, giving it another 100% AD scaling. 220% in total. So it does scale up to more than an auto attack, not counting bases.
Most auto attack resets merely reset the auto attack with a measly ~30% bonus AD. Vayne gets 50%. Shyv gets 100% at full rank. Others... not much at all.
Rengar, on the other hand, does both a high AD scaling attack (120%) and also resets his auto. 120% is a lot bigger than the 50% Vayne gets, huh?
Of course Vayne can crit for 125%, but she's bs that way.
Rengar Q is in fact, one of the weaker AA resets early on. Rengar Q does not count as an AA as it once did
But it does! It does both the cast damage and also resets his auto! Sure it's not as fast as a standard auto attack reset, but instead it's much more like a Riven Q.
Also it's basically unnoticeable because of the long cast time on his Q.
Rengar does not build attack speed, so it's pretty noticable. Otherwise you might as well say Riven's Q is a terrible spell for damage (it's not).

Have you even played rengar before he got reworked? When you could cleanly reset your auto because it WAS an auto? And, let's be honest here. When you play rengar, do you actually want to build him as a bruiser or do you do it because it's what's best for him?
Vayne Q scales with her total AD.
Rengar's ad scaling on his q is BONUS ad.
So in reality, it's 120% of his bonus, assuming he hit you with it and total ad, assuming he chose to auto-q-auto you.
There's a big difference between total and bonus ad.
Not to mention, rengar is a melee champion. Yes, his ult and passive work that way, but you can kite him after he jumps on you. You can dodge his only form of hard cc, assuming he even chooses to use it

And Riven's Q isn't an auto, and I main her. So I'm used to it, and it's not as bad as you make it sound.

I played rengar, before he got reworked. Riven is a fighter, not an assassin. It makes sense for her to have that, but it doesn't make sense, for rengar (part of an ASSASSIN REWORK) to have mechanics a fighter has. Perhaps to a riven main, it's not bad. But when you want to assassinate someone cleanly you really don't want a clunky as hell Q

Yeah, I have noticed that assassination power falls off really bad.
I would say Riven can assassinate with it as well, but she has W to lock you down while she does it, so it wouldn't work for Rengar.
That being said, Rengar's Q is still not a weak spell early game, and not a weak damage spell period. It just doesn't work really well for assassination.

if riven ever gets fed... oh boy the adc's gonna have a fun time lol
Rengar's current Q is much much weaker than probably any previous version of his Q in my opinion.
It doesn't compare to Lee Sin's Q in terms of early strength, but it's a reliable ability
Lee's Q is an incredibly powerful ability - 360 base damage, 180% bonus AD scaling. Almost nothing can compete with it.

You also forgot the 8% missing health damage, but atleast it's a skillshot, and it's slow.
Yeah that too... still, there's quite a lot of skillshots that don't have the same sort of damage. It's also got decent range, and it's not incredibly slow either - hitting it is a skill thing, not a 'you suck if you got hit' but also not a 'you suck if you missed it'.
