I tried out teemo jung last night, and that shit is fun.
But its still stupid making a nerf to ranged while leaving the melee the same, Like you said there are more melee's that work almost to well with it than there are ranged, and most ranged (except kayle) are shitty at jungle.
The devourer nerf is actually an overall nerf even in damage if you read it, also gets less damage per stack so it does nerf melee devourer. In all honestly the item was too strong. Also the ranged being 4 autos is not that big of a deal the item is still good for the price and can synergize well with various champs.
