Don't even need to queue up to know that there'll be at least 3 from those champs in your next game.

Correction URF is fun, this community made URF completely not fun past the first day
Ban what you can and pick the most overpowered champ you can pick, basically just like everyone else.
I can't really help you on what is fun or not, that's up to you really. Play URF while it's out or just play Normals, up to ye.

and katarina is exactly the same like none urfs cause every hit she gets a kil and cdr :p so shes basicly urf alreddy
You missed a few
Ive used a number of other champs not on that list and had sucess. Sure they are all perhaps op in URF, but not the only champs who can brawl. For example Karma, you dont have her on that list and no one uses, but super op. Massive poke, permashield/speed boost. I never buy boots
AHEM. i think your forgetting about someone who jumps a lot and is considered OP.
