Broken Ranked System?

I know how this will sound. "Trash A** Toxic Pyke main can't get out of bronze hahaha". No. I have been playing this game for 3 years, and this year, the climb was particularly hard, since before I mained ADC, but this season I tried Yasuo mid. Of course, I got put into bronze (What can you expect?). Now, all my friends are in Gold 4, and I cannot play with them in ranked anymore. So, I go back to my old ways. However, this time, I played a champ that doesn't have to get instantly 100-0 bursted by the 12/2 Zed on the enemy team. I played a champ with mobility- Pyke. Ever since he was released, I have felt that he was my champion. He is a "support" who can 1v1 the enemy ADC late game and win- a weak role, strong champ. I tried him in ranked, and I did great (in a Bronze 2 game). I was able to climb all the way to 40(some) lp in Bronze 1. However, there, I discovered the other reason why I quit ADC in the first place- you can't really carry a bad team! On some rare occasions, my team would do well (not feed) and we would win. However, on most, my team would feed like a new mother to her baby- either feeding the top lane tank until it is physically impossible to kill them without tower, or feeding the Yasuo mid until they can 1v5 my team with one hand on the keyboard and the other drinking the tears of my team in his "HASAKI" mug. Admittedly, I am not perfect (SURPRISE! amirite), and I have bad games, too. However, this is getting out of hand. Nearly 85% of my losses are caused by incompetent teammates, and I am tired of it. I am usually a good sport, but these days, I have found myself screaming at the top of my lungs at my monitor as my 1/12 Yasuo tries to 1v5 for the 13th time, or shutting the monitor off and putting my face down as my 0/5 ADC CONTINUES TO FIGHT AFTER I SACRIFICE MYSELF SO THEY CAN ESCAPE. {deep breath} Sorry. back to topic: Does the ranked system count on your MMR to make matches, using your MMR to balance out 2 teams? If so, then my original argument stands: the ranked system is flawed. If you are playing a role that does not count as "hyper-carry", it is really hard to climb- Pyke is a great example. Even though he is really strong and maybe "broken", he is not a 1v5 champion. His kit heavily relies on follow up damage and cc. You can't even get your ult to reset more than once since his kit is highly single target damage based and not AOE. So, if you have a really bad team, you really can't do anything- even if you're 10/0. Can Riot please do something about this, or do I have to stop playing until placements next season?

Your teams will have feeding trash cans just as much as the enemy teams. You have to be the deciding factor in all the games where you can make a difference. So the games that are evenish, you have to be the deciding factor and in the games where the enemy team is filled with garbage ass feeding dumbshits, you have to not throw it and let your team win. Don't go 1-8 in lane before fate reveals which team has the feeders. If you feed that Akali 8 kills, only for it to be revealed that the enemy team has all feeders then you may have just thrown away an easy win. 100% of people stuck in Bronze are stuck there because they throw away won games by feeding their ass off from 3 minutes in the game.

You have no way of knowing that your Kai'Sa will go 10-0 in the next 13 minutes but if she is fated to do so and you fed the mid lane Zed 5 kills, then you have given the enemy team exactly what they needed to not let Kai'sa carry your team. Now, had you not fed the Zed, Kai'sa would have nothing in her way and you'd get an easy win. Always enter every game entertaining the possibility that somebody on the enemy team will be a feeder and whoever on your team benefits from that will have a much easier time carrying if you weren't the feeder on your team.

Playing the odds got me to gold on this account:- https://lan.op.gg/summoner/userName=xelniya

I didn't have to carry or even play that well. All I did here was not be the trash can feeding piece of garbage for almost every game I played on this account and fate did the rest. You can say I let myself get carried to Gold by never being a burden on any of the teams that I played on.

TLDR; Don't feed your ass off before lady luck reveals which team has the feeders. Good luck getting to Gold.

If you are not stomping in Bronze, and I mean ending lane with 5+ kills and 1 or 0 deaths EVERY game as a minimum that's your elo mate. Ranked will always be flawed but in the sense that maybe you deserve silver 2 and you end up in silver 4. Not in any way from bronze to gold.

If you want to climb, stop playing ranked totally, play ONE SINGLE CHAMPION for 100 normal games.(after watching some masters/challengers on the said champ) then go back to ranked and you will be in gold in no time. PROCESS WILL NOT BE MUCH FUN THO and it's a game so.. your choice
