Yasuo Ult Issues

Hey, this rarely happens but when it does it either kills me or tilts my teammates, so.

I was playing a game as Yasuo. I was behind the wall on the top red-side jungle by the baron pit. My teammates were fighting on the other side of the wall (right next to the bush in TopLane). One of them got a knock up and I wanted to ult to it to help fight. However, my ult went on cooldown and I didn't blink to the target nor deal damage to them. Could someone please fix this glitch?
