Pyke Ult Cooldown Glitch

I don't know if anyone else has had this issue, but many different times when playing , I would use my ult's second charge on some minions or other to farm, and it would go on cd as usual. However, when pinging it in chat, the cd left on the ult is 10-20 seconds less than the cd displayed, often cumulating in the ult going off cd before it is indicated. However, you cannot aim this ult as usual, as when you press r, no "X" shows up. Most of the time, when you press r to aim, it just goes off in some unintended direction. I have lost many a kill because of this.

I don't know about why the ult goes all over the place but I can give a tip about the ult cooldown: DONT USE IT ON MINIONS... The first time you use Pyke's ult it it goes on a cooldown (however long) and it has a 20 or so second reset timer if you kill someone. The cooldown actually goes down during this time, so your ult cooldown is in essence 20 seconds shorter. If you use ult and DONT get a reset (meaning you miss or dont get a kill) it goes back on FULL cooldown. So if you wait until the reset ends and use it on minions your ult cd is about 20 seconds longer than it could be.
