Why is anybody building cinderhulk on any jungle champion...

Cinderhulk does a whopping 15 damage a second which some champions can passively regen. It loses every single game when any other enhancement is used. It aggravates me when someone builds it and then is confused why they lost the game when everybody just builds ad and armor pen. I saw a game today where nocturne built it and then built full ad and no hp because the enemy team had a katarina and apparently 400 hp cinderhulk counters that. Do people not realize that any other jungle item is better 99.9% of the time. At this point when I see my jungler build cinderhulk I default to knowing they have put our team at a disadvantage and I need to play that much better to make up for it.

And when someone picks mord I know they are putting our team at a disadvantage.

Cinderhulk increases the bonus health of a champion granted to them by items, runes, and masteries by 15%.

It is a pointless enchantment if someone builds it and then doesn't bother building any health item.

And it is also a pointless enchantment on champions who scale better on AD, AS, or AP (or even a combination of the 3) than they do on health.

It is meant purely as a tank item and underwent a series of nerfs because of how much more effective it proved over other jungle enchantments.

Rammus i love it on him. the dmg isnt great but it makes more sense to go that route for the smite bonus that say a sunfire cape. the +15% to your max health is imho the larger reason to pick it up on a jungle tank like ram, ammu or Zed
