LOL Mordekasier is pathetic now

I don't understand where Riot is pulling these fake numbers out of their asses from. I am a morde main of three years and over 5k games on him, my win rate this patch or season if you will, went from 58% down to 38% with the rylais changes. As a champion, he simple does not have any way of reliably winning games with no real keystone or items to depend on. He early game is absolutely horrible and will die a few times before level six. There is no best build path for him anymore and Riot seems to heavily favor AD champs over AP. His winrate went down a total of 2.0% not even a full weak after the rylais change and that is honestly scary since he is still winning some games getting carried. It feels as if morde has to build full tank now since rylais isnt even worth the gold to invest in for the first 25 minutes of the game. But the problem then is that he never has any shield since he has no damage. Playing him as tank is bad because tanks are suppose to be frontline and provide cc which he cant really do either of those. I may be a morde main but I am completely stumped, tips and comments on success this patch would be appreciated.
