Why does Guinsoo's Rageblade still exist?

We are back in the same situation with Deathfire Grasp where the item itself is causing all the champions who build it to be way more favorable and eliminates the opportunity for other champions to be played.

I've seen a lot more variety in my games. It never seemed like Rageblade was crowding out other options.

Riot's probably under the impression that the problem is still Devourer. (or Rageblades synergy with devourer) If the problem was strictly Rageblade, You would be seeing it a lot more often on laners than you do now. And yet right now, Rage blade seems to be pretty much built exclusively on Junglers. (With the only real exception being Kog.)

Rageblade is still around because of the hybrid champions on League.

Kayle for instance. That item is specific for me when i go dps Kayle.

See, but It works pretty well on Kayle while it is powerful on all champions now and many can abuse it. It is an item that can make any champion strong if they use it properly. I have seen it on a Malphite that went 11/1/8 a while ago.
