Can we buy Chromas with orange essence?

Currently there is 0 ways to get chromas from loot crafting, which is kind of lame. I understand maybe not being able to get Icons or Emotes often, but chromas seem like something that should be included in the system, because they are ingame skins. I think allowing chromas to be purchased for OE would bring more value to OE and make chromas more accessible/appealing. Of course they would be priced reasonably (I'm not suggesting make chromas free).
