The pain of getting one shot outweighs the good feeling of one shotting somebody. It doesn't feel good knowing you killed them when they had no time to react/counterplay. It feels even worse getting killed when you didn't have time to counterplay/ the counterplay doesn't do anything. Its not fun at all

Give Diana a Revolver/Deathcap before 16 mins and I can appear and 1-shot most people before they even have time to react and press that button, my entire combo including the flash from the fog takes less than a half second. :)
I honestly don't LIKE playing Diana this way. I prefer to play her as a DPS based AP Bruiser, as I did a few seasons ago... But currently the straight up burst is more viable.
