Since you nerfed the heal to a flat 20% why not let her stack that passive like veigar, Sion, thresh, nasus?

+1% per kill or assist on champions, maybe something fractional on cannons and large to epic monsters. It makes sense, she is an immortal all powerful sorceress angel that should only get stronger with all that time she has to perfect her craft.
