draktharr is a garbage item and edge of night doesnt really need buffs. Talon feels fine but zed is trashcan

Exactly, Talon is fine in terms of powerlevel, needs no changes atm. Zed is absolutely horrible, only if you OTP him can you make him work consistently at a decent level. I'm not sure what these item changes will do, Zed needs them but Talon might actually become too strong with them. Only time will tell I guess.

these arent even buffs.

this is what they were owed for long due and it isnt even direct buffs.

duskblade does a whopping 25 more true damage with a 100 gold less cost. That's not a whopping buff. Edge of night still cant be used if you get sneezed on so the cd decrease wont do much. Zed needs direct buffs because he is still going to suck after this. Talon doesnt really need much at all but lethality as a stat is really awful.
