The Rek'sai Spotlight isn't honest
Rek'sai only gets the same base movespeed as Yi/Panth while burrowed early game, and then gets only 10 more at later levels. Her base speed is 335.
Phreak was making it sound like she was going much faster.

I mean she does build Mobis + Trinity usually but it doesnt matter because Pantheon and Yi have much better mobility than her that cant be countered.
