Tell that to my 68% win rate and 12/3 kda.

Ekko has a winrate of 48% over 9400 games in plat+ elo.

I admit that his damages are really high IF HE LAND his Q, which is I believe a bit too much rewarding as it is as easy to land it than it is to dodge it.

Dodge his stuff, kill him, kinda like every single assassin in the game. Except Talon, but Talon is just outdated as fuck.

Literally just E before using Q. It's impossible to dodge now. Even Leblanc can't dodge it.

you could say that about literally any champion. I dont think ekko is broken but he is very strong. The argument you just used would be like saying gragas isnt op in the jungle you just need to learn to play against him.

His passive gives him scaling damage, single target slow and potentially a speed boost.

His Q gives him a small ranged AoE slow (32 - 60%, depending on rank)

His W gives him scaling %missing health execute damage.

His W also gives him a long range large AoE slow that can be turned into a 2.25 second stun.

His E gives him flat damage, is a dash and teleports him to his next basic attack target.

His R gives him a heal, damage, and resets his position, allowing him to escape poor placement or even act as a teleport if he's quick enough about it.

Now, I will also say that he does have some things that work to try and balance all that.

His W has a 3 second delay before it activates, with a 0.5 second chance for the enemy to get out.

For him to have his crazy burst, he is going to wind up pretty squishy.

However, as long as he has scaling damage from his passive, flat damage from his E, and scaling %missing health damage from his W, Ekko is going to be next to impossible to tune. If he gets even a little ahead, he's going to be near impossible to stop. Tune his numbers down to his wild scaling and he's going to be trash unless he gets fed.

He's basically a feast or famine character to the T right now (which isn't even remotely unusual for a release champ).

So, sorry but Ekko (while incredibly fun to play) is not balanced.

Ekko fairs much better than other Assassins in that he has a lot of CC for being one. He's still useful as a meatshield and semi-stun bot, peeling for the ADC or Mid if you're top/jungle.

The main aspect that Riot needs to nerf is his passive movement speed/slow. It's essentially designed so that you can't retaliate lest you're a range champion. Maybe, increase movement speed boost per Z-Drive Resonance stack currently on the whole map, but make it so that if he wasn't applying Z-Drive on minions his movement speed boost would be not so Jinx-like.

I like the mana cost to his ultimate in PBE now. It was way too much for a free ability, which both healed massive amounts if he was bursted and bursts everyone around him.

"I listed things and that makes him OP"

Ok buddy.

No he isn't. Feast or Famine is Akali . Ekko is like Ashe in that he needs alot more to start snowballing.
