Riot, as an avid Akali player...

As an avid Akali player I'm very upset with this nerf. Not because she was nerfed, but how you went about it. I will agree, she deserved it. Her power was too much. But now her E feels useless. The double Q proc is so difficult to pull off and that's what the E was for before. And yes, the burst was insane. But it flowed well with her kit. Her kit had flow. How many marks can only be proc'd by auto attacks in the game? Akali's (off the top of my head) Other marks that can be interacted with by other abilities or champions even. Braum Skarner Kat Vlad (if you count his ult) Fizz (His ult) Leblanc Zed Tristana!

You've taken, at least for me, a great deal of fun out of one of my favorite champions. I motion for a rework.
