Riot, please create scaling atk speed runes.

See Title. I think we need scaling attack speed runes to make kalista and vayne stronger adc's. Also, I think that Irelia, Diana, Kayle, Master Yi. and other champions could benefit from these runes. Even Azir for example! Please consider making scaling attack speed runes available to the summoners. Sincerely, a troll post.
