Yasuo Magic Resist increased from 30 to 32.1 MR per Level increased from .50 to 1.25 ! (Passive) shield changed from 100-510 to 60-555* Last Breath (R) range increased from 1200 to 1400.
Did he really need these buffs? He's doing fine in Mid and Top....

It has to be kept in mind that the lower the shield number, the less time it takes to charge
Talon121 votesWhat has to be kept in mind is that his passive works % based not value based, so he will need to walk around and do yasuo things for the same amount of time to be rewarded with a lower shield
