Dorans+dark seal?

Is it worth it to get an early dark seal for the mana? Instead of getting double doran since that doesnt work anymore.

I'd have trouble justifying the Dark seal pickup, unless a) I combined with with potions. (Refillable or Corrupting) or b) I was confident that I would be able to stack glory.

If mana was your main problem, you could get a sapphire Crystal for the same cost. And have a lot more mana, while building into any core mana item would were building.

hm, the reason i thought the dark seal would be good is because the mana increases your mana regen while also giving a bit of ap. Though the sapphire crystal makes sense aswell.
