Has riot announced when 10 bans are coming and if it will be in normals?

It's desperately needed at this point. When I started playing ranked in season 2, you could ban 15% of the champion pool. Now you can only ban 4.4%. No matter what happens, you are going to have atleast a few champions with absurd winrates pass through the ban phase. It basically means whoever has the most broken stuff at the moment wins.

Wrong. At "the end" and the start is completely different. There were less then 90 champs when it started. But yeah, keep listening to your flawed logic without thinking anything out.

Also, banphase is for banning OP champions exclusively now adays. Even at plat elo, you see maokai, sej, lulu pretty much permanently banned always atleast.

It's coming to normal draft and ranked. When? Is unknown. It was needed since Season 7. If not Season 6.

I think preseason 8 it will come out my guess. Riot is still testing it for pro play to see if its healthty or not.

Is the timer for each pick too long to pick?
Should the order still be 3 bans, 3 picks, 2 more bans and 2 more picks? Or should it just be the causal 5 bans and everyone picks?
Should it be 8 total bans? So, even though its announce, but we'll have to wait and see/
