Better Distribution of Champion Shards
season 2 player here.
please fix the RNG of champion shards. i own all the champs minus zoe, kaisa, and pyke (wow new system who would have thought) and i'm mastery level 500. i save all the champion shards for that specific champion's mastery levels 6 and 7 so i don't need more than 2 shards for every champion. disenchanting and spending 2450/2950 BE to upgrade mastery is a waste of BE when waiting for that champion's shard to drop is more cost effective.
i have 62 different champion shards out of 141 champions.
i don't need 5 kayle shards, 4 fiddle shards, 3 for nasus, karma, jax, mundo, garen, lux, sivir, and tf. that's 10 different champions with repeated shards i don't need.
had you not given me so many repeats i would actually have 13 additional different champion shards (would be 73 different champion shards out of 141).
if i own that champion i should get no more than 2 shards for that champion, since there is no mastery level 8 (3 if the champion isn't owned), and instead get a random shard for another champion who has less than 2 shards. if one day you release mastery level 8 then the loot system would drop another shard so i can get mastery level 8 for that champion but until then it's pointless to have so many repeats.
this way it's a bit more balanced and we could eventually have every champion's shard in our collection rather than waiting 500 additional levels (because RNG) just to get one shard for a new champion.
