Why would you complain about

being broken, when junglers clearly have the most influence on games right now. Even if goes 5/0 in lane it still won't matter if the enemy 
has ganked bot lane 6 times, got first blood tower and 3 infernal drakes. Of all the lanes, you choose one that can only influence the map every 5 minutes unless you're some bullshit like

Well of course, if the bot lane has basic knowledge of not sitting next to Darius at melee range
is that why you dont mention poppy and jayce also going 5/0? because they can def catch the adc unlike darius
If balance was decided by a perspective of "why worry about this lane's balance because this other lane has issues", the game would be a lot shittier.
I think part of that is that a) defensive/hybrid builds tend to have better dueling power than glass cannon builds. and b) the fact that top lane is an island means that they will spend more time farming lane, giving them more gold and XP.
so Classically speaking, if Our top laner pulls ahead of their opponent, they will be ahead of all opponents on the enemy team.
