Anivia's Early Game

Anivia is at a huge disadvantage because she has one of the weakest early games of any champion. Yes, late game when she has five or six fully built items, Anivia does become a very strong champion. But in today's meta, most games never last that long anymore. The average game length is probably around 30 minutes. Anivia needs to rush tear, chapter, and catalyst (three mana items) just so can cast ANYTHING. But with all that gold spent on mana, she has zero AP by the time her lane opponents have already finished their first or second AP items.

Anivia needs the following:

  1. Mana cost of first three spell ranks reduced on all abilities and first two ranks of ult.
  2. Projectile speed of Q and auto attacks increased
  3. Revive time on egg reduced so the enemy doesn't get so many completely free attacks

Anivia's passive makes her early pretty safe

It used to, but when enemy assassins can burst you down at level 3, having negative armor values on your egg are a problem.

LMAO how about no

She has one of the safest earlies in the game

The only thing I'd be ok with buffing is her AA animation and speed.

Maybe you shouldn't go ignite + sorcery/inspiration every game if you want to be safe in the early game?
