Quinn

Why is this blatantly overpowered piece of shit not nerfed yet? Infinite move speed that can't be ambushed because her bird can see through bushes, oh and she gets a stun and blind just to make sure things are completely fucked up. Wow, just wow.

she is getting a minor nerf but i doubt it will mean anything. her passive does 5 less dmg and gets 4 less base armor. i am unaware of her stun but her blind is nasty.

these "minor" nerfs are much bigger than you think. The problem isn't quinn as much as its the adc variant of quinn (check out the quinn main subreddit for more detail on what I mean by this). The harrier nerf takes 5 per proc and she procs it 2-3 times a fight. That is 10-15 damager per fight early which is actually a really big nerf to the early game since quinn wants quick trades in lane. The armor nerf also increases the physical damage she takes by around 2%.

The reason quinn popped up in popularity is because of the fact that the crit nerfs and new items actually have little to no affect on her since she is an early game bully that can build crit and do a lot more than other bullys. BUT she has a lower range than other crit based adc's (525 to other meta crit adc's at 550 minimum). Stormrazor also helps her idea of quick short trades giving her a free crit with harrier which hits like a truck to a squishy, which is also losing 10 ad and 5% as next patch. The main reason she is so strong now though is because of the nerfs to the other adc's with crit nerfs.

She doesn't have a stun. Its a knock back that turns you away from her(which has a neat interaction if you time it perfectly with a skill shot making it fly the other way). Her NEAR SIGHT is triggered by being the target valor hits, which a lot less consistent then graves w. Now her ult giving her a ton of movespeed is something people really don't like for unjustified reasons. It is no different from talon e in terms of usability but its her ULTIMATE ABILITY. You know, the ability that can change the tide of a fight or even an entire game. She loses out on something that gives immediate advantage to another when a champion hits 6. She has to use it as a tool to help other lanes instead of helping her own. If you are caught out by this it is your fault, not the design of the champion. You have the knowledge that shes in the game, but YOU do not look or pay attention to the map, which would allow you to see that shes not in lane and probably roaming, or just forget shes in the game entirely.

i've played Quinn several times, i know what she is capable of. and she does NOT have a knock back. it's a hit-and-run sort of move that can hit hard, especially come off of ult. and yes her nearsight ability you need practically perfect aim for. with her ult she is like warwick in a way. she can't track you but she can haul it and catch you in no time. and with having literally no cooldown she can use it whenever. the aoe dmg itself is very very little so more often it is only used for the high speed.

It is a knock back. You're arguing with a quinn main. Yasuo can ult off quinn e so yes it is classified as a knockback. It is a very minor knock back. Quinn has been classified as the marksman assassin by the quinn community for a while now. But with the recent keystones, she has a ton of versitility and can be played in a TON of different ways. People in the quinn main community have been having success with about 6 different keystones: FF, PtA, Electro, DH, PR, and GA. You say you've played quinn a few times, try playing her for 1000+ games from season 4 to now. You have no where near the experience that me or the other quinn mains have on this champion. I will admit that she is on the strong side right now, but she is NOT op. She is just like any other meta pick. She has favorable and unfavorable match ups, but currently there are very few of those unfavorable picks in the bot lane which is the only reason why she has spiked in popularity. Also look at any of the Pro games she is played in. She is not going around 2 shotting everyone because she is easier to manage with a more coordinated team. In low elo, anything that can snowball can be seen as too strong. Quinn especially since she can more easily pass her lead on to other lanes. She is just like any other roaming champion, but her lane phase is just more oppressive. This is cercumvented with having to play good in the mid game otherwise she won't have a late game. Look at the quinn wr by time. The longer the game goes the lower the wr is. And, so long as I looked up the right account, you haven't even played any kind of ranked from what I've seen. I currently have a 62% wr with quinn in mid to high plat. I got this kind of wr before anyone considered quinn op, and had constantly had people ban quinn because they didn't want a quinn on their team, thinking it was a troll pick. I am not saying this to put you down, but people do not play to their absolute best or play champs they are familiar with in norms most of the time, so using it as a way to judge a champion's strength won't work. Stats will be skewed.

thank you for the Wall of Text about statistics that i do not care about in the slightest. everyone has their preferences so you could have just said that you main Quinn allot and know how adaptive she is. as for the rank games, i never do rank. the reward ain't worth the toxic it gives.
