Playing as eve am i supposed to be tinted to myself or not

You mean partially see through? You are supposed to look like that to yourself when you are in camo.

When you are Camo you should be faint/light and a ring should show a radius and when you aren't there will be no ring and you will look normal. If this isn't the case, then try restarting your client.

Are you having the Stealth bug when Eve starts Red side, she's not stealthed but on Blue side she is stealthed?

To fix the Red side bug, you need to attack something or press B to reset her stealth timer to get it to work properly.
