Can someone explain to me why people hate flex?

I like it. It gives people more people the opportunity to reach gold and not feel bad about doing so bad in solo/duo. I also don't get what auto fill has to do with flex que?

I don't want the to remove flex i got gold and i want season rewards lol. I feel like it was good for competitive. No system will ever be perfect but having both solo/flex is as close i think we are gonna get
