I personally feel like it takes way to much power and is too toxic to ever be balanced. Her rework is gonna be a failure regardless of what they do if they keep the invisibility. Shaco is still toxic, so are khazix and rengar. Long periods of invisibility=no good

Tormentula1 votesEvelynn had her moments where she's toxic, but she's always been one of the more balanced junglers that utilize stealth for the longest time. Ever since her first rework she had some good counter play (pink wards mainly) and that's still the case today, especially with shit clear. Right now she's over baring because the meta favors early gank intensive play from junglers, and that's all eve is good for, additionally it forces other junglers to gank as much as her, in return makes counterganks more rewarding.
The rework should keep the stealth mechanic, its eve's identity, but the rest of her kit does need adjustments. I wouldn't mind a toggle stealth either , perhaps she uses mana per second while stealth is toggled like aurelion sol's W or swain's ult, this would at least make her more pressured to time her stealth properly. to get into the lane while not being oom for the rest of her kit for the gank.
