What is up with Fiora's release Riot?

We have peeps that are hyped up ready to play the new , and you have her disabled the moment she's released. What is the bug that's affecting her and how long would it usually take to fix it? Now I'm not trying to flame, I just want to know when she'll be up and ready to get to smackin' lane opponents. I'm really wanting to play and hope I get some answer.

She is not probably in the game at all; there will be probably a minipatch to add her.

They probably just noticed the issue where her E doesn't get spent against inhibs which allows you to have a permanent attack speed boost against inhibs.
