Now are you saying this from a place of studying of her kit, reviewing her numbers, playing her to understand why she has what she has, or did she just beat you and you want her nerfed, because I'm willing to bet the latter.

Zoe is one of the most balanced champs in league.
The entire "her R returns her back no matter what" allows some nice counterplay Removing W is ok, but what should be put there instead? A generic damage skillshot would increase her damage output on average compared to what she has now. The spell is fine as it is
If they made her R like that you would have to be a positioning god to do good. It's very telegraphed and you can already just throw your cc at where she's going to return.
