I find myself a streaky player. Was up to gold 4 and I'm down to silver now. What are some tips to help stay on that steady climb?

Edit: is it worth it to play FOTM champs?

You can't. You win some, you'll lose some. That's just how it is. If it was possible to just keep winning, everyone would.

Incidentally, I've won my last 5 games, so I'm fearing my inevitable losing streak.

Play a different game because you will have max 30m dodge timers. BUT you will have better teams.
