How To Start Fizz

I'm a Fizz main (yeah, I'm one of those).

I usually start corrupting potion in matchups I feel are even or I'm countered. I started taking just the refillable and a Dark Seal in matchups in which Fizz is favored.

I rush Sheen to Lichbane and go to Zhonya's right after (mostly).

I see people take peotobelt but I'm not sure which matchups make it a better pick than Lich Bane first.

How do you guys gear up with Fizz?
