League no dealing with lower elo problems

This is a game i played and even though i was dooing so well we still oost purely becuase the champions picked, garen and xin. These champions have seen only buffs as of the last few months, and im wondering why. Granted i didnt position well but wtf does xin do so much and is relitivaly tanky. He got a buff to his W which already has way too many abilities on it, and then thye gave it scale by ad ASWELL not taking off the ap healing ratio, and also giving it crit... really why. Then garen, first off i dont even get what the point of juggernauts were, skarner made sense to an extent, but darius, garen, and illaoi, made no sense wat so ever. These champs will build lots of ad and not get punished, then dominate lanes like renekton but dont fall off... then why have renekton in the game.. like seriuosly put more spins on garen, gave him true dmg, and gave his e an ability to crit tf. plz up vote to nerf xin garen and darius
