Vayne and other champs too strong? vaynes true dmg tooo strong? should be taken out ?

I Think its been for too long without a good vayne nerf, she has been this champ that has almost always been the deciding factor in lots of games, wether she is 1/5 or 6 /2. She is this champ that is so stong it doent matter how hard you beat her, she will come back and kill you with just two items even if you have 4 completed items. i think we should get a nerf on her, perferably her w. its waaaay too strong early mid and late, the fact that she can do that much dmg with autos is kinda rediculous considering its stacked on top of her on hit, auto and if she has it e or q. makes no snese. What you opinion?
