Why is Rengar's win rate so low?

Why has Riot done nothing but nerf him? According to champion.gg his current win rate is 46.16%, lolalytics gives him 44.72%, that is LOW. Another rework failure?

low winrate for 2(?) patches means failed rework? What kind of jump to conclusions is that?

His last Q nerfs really fucked him up, they were harsher than he needed

riot doesn't give a crap and don't want to admit their rework was a failure, they nerfed him so hard he's unplayable so people forget he exists, and forget their trash rework.

Low win rates mean a champion is popular and played by a large amount of players.

IE, people think Rengar is OP, so a lot of people play him at low skill levels and lose.

He received at least 5 nerfs after his "rework".

He has a playrate several times above the average (6.16% when the average is 1.53%). But yeah, like most of the other assassins reworked, his was a gigantic failure.

I imagine it might be becaus the perception of his OP state might stilll be prevalent. I mean, he can still snowball a game, it's just not as easy now. He is also a popularfun to play champ, so more people are gonna play him, not weird he's got a semi-lowish win rate.
