Other MOBAs do it, you have the technology, many people want it, why won't you do it? Bring Gangplank announcer voice back and make new ones like Kench, Sol, Jinx, Graves, etc., let us permanently change our announcer pack. You have another good idea you can profit from, you can sell them for both RP and IP.
You can literally change your announcer as long as you have the a file.

Same for other announcer packs, just use a different file.
voice packs could maybe end up happening with the new client. as i think riot even said they coundnt do really anything with the old client in terms of features

Why would Riot not respond to said post?
Your post subject is accusatory and not conversational. It's conversation material for non-rioters, but if a red badge shows up, they might come under fire. The way it's set up suggests that you won't accept any answer that isn't "We will" or "Soon TM"

I mean, even aside from League spaghetti code, it can be hard to implement features you don't already have.
It might be that they would have to do significant changes to not have everyone have the same announcer.
