Issues with Stealth in the later game

Once we have a full slot of items how are we going to keep up buying Control wards so we can keep track of that sneaky Twitch/Rengar/Eve once they clear out our wards? we dont have anything to keep track of them anymore since our item slots are full to buy a control ward again.
