First off, can you increase the price of crystalline flask or adjust it in some way? Every champ you have trouble balancing tends to start flask due to its ability to sustain a person to 6. They'll even take poke to cs knowing they can just heal it back up. Second, can we get a starting ap item for manaless champs like kennen or vlad? Finally, why does kennen's w passive scale off ad and not ap? Seems like a bad idea for it not to have some scaling like TF's (which is every 4 cards and not 5)
