Two small item changes and one ability change

First off, can you increase the price of crystalline flask or adjust it in some way? Every champ you have trouble balancing tends to start flask due to its ability to sustain a person to 6. They'll even take poke to cs knowing they can just heal it back up. Second, can we get a starting ap item for manaless champs like kennen or vlad? Finally, why does kennen's w passive scale off ad and not ap? Seems like a bad idea for it not to have some scaling like TF's (which is every 4 cards and not 5)

Kennen starts really well with a Dorans Blade; it gives him some AD for lasthitting and AA harassing (especially with his W passive) and good sustain. For Vlad i'd say boots or Dorans Shield, though I dont know if its that good still.

Kennen starts d-blade because he cant take anything else besides boots and maybe cloth armor if the opposing laner is ad. I also doubt that d-blade is worth it for the extra 40-60% of that 7 ad compared to a small ap ratio. Adding an ap ratio on top of that wouldn't make ad kennen broken or anything. If vlad, kennen, morde, akali, katarina, rumble or AP Zac are against an ap champ, the only item they can start are boots as doran's shield isn't that amazing vs most ap champs. It just gives him a disadvantage in lane.
