Title says it all. It's like 1.5x the normal auto attack animation and it's really difficult to use effectively as a auto reset, even on low-mobility champs that you E on top of. If not, can you have it extend Talon's attack range a bit so most champs can't walk out of it?

I just want his Rake projectile to not disappear if I die while it's out. A few times I would have gotten a kill if my Rake was allowed its return trip, but I died before it could come back and it just vanished.
To be honest, Talon can pull off his entire damage in less than 2 seconds. Why make his burst even faster?
I believe that Rengar's Q animation time was increased when he was reworked just for the exact same reason.

As hesitant as it makes me buffing Talon, especially his Q with it's insane late game critting.... I have to agree with you here. I'd personally rather have it give a small range increase but I'd be fine with either
I think buffing Talon is asking too much of Riot. Not sure, but I heard something about Riot openly declaring that they hate Talon as much as they hate Vlad.

I agree with extending the range on Q suggestion.
His combo's to quick already, I'm reluctant to make it faster as he offers very little counter play. He's not OP and this wouldn't put him any where near it. But there should be some time frame where your not instantly killed.
Unfortunatly for Talon, there's not much riot can do to him unless they want to gut him (They got rid of silence, which really hurt him, but made him more easy to counter), remove him from the game, or ruin his identity.
After seeing morde, they'll probably go with the latter.

So many times I tried to do an instant 100-0, they flashed off with 200 health and I realized I never actually used my Q because I tried to use it for an AA cancel.
His AA reset is fine? I've never had a problem using it in combos. If you want an instant kill combo without an AA reset just do Q E instead.
honestly I think Talon still needs compensation for his lost silence.
I think his passive is trash. it only would help late game, and even then it doesnt matter because most assassins, and especially true of talon, fall off late game. hell, thats why if a game goes that long I resort to splitting or taking out the carry. i mean, talon can take towers down fast. just with the youmous, AA, Q, AA, Hydra, Q, AA.....
they could either adjust the percent on his passive to something higher, make it scale with level, or just redo it entirely.
I have no ideas for what kind of passive would replace it though. Ive thought about it a lot...but.

That may be because I played Talon through out seasons 2-4 though. The animation speed got buffed by a lot so I think its very fast already...
Edit: Right now, the Q animation is a little bit faster than his actual AA animation in my experience.

Because obviously what Talon needs is his damage being output in an even shorter time frame
