For some reason riot wants to buff jinx instead of nerfing them.

In the end, riot wanrs adc to continue being the strongest role in game.

Uh... play Jinx. She's like a ranged super minion. 400K mastery on her. She's awful. Has been for like 3 years.

And btw marksman were useless for the entirety of 2017 the only reason they weren't was because of a support item called ardent censer during second half of the year.

Contradicting yourself. Still played in 100% of games even 4 out of 5 positions sometimes.

Where were you during January up to March when Jhin,Miss fortune & Varus were abusing lethality items?
Where were you when Twitch & Caitlyn were dominating while vayne was two shotting?
THEN came the Ardent Meta in August.
here never was a weak time for ADC's in season 7 at all.

That's cause the items are fairly cheap, once you build IE and a zeal item you do tons of damage. Unlike tanks/bruisers you actually have to build armor and hp then damage. Mages have a difficult time farming when your lane is being ganked 24/7 or if you're behing Jg has to build dagger item which is pretty good but only gives 1 stat like AD or AS

Yeah so a lot of the players complaining about ADC's since preseason 6 and especially after the Assassin Rework TOTALLY never played an ADC ever.
