remake really didn't solve anything

i was in my silver 1 promos. and we were really ahead. Then our hecarim disconnects in the middle of a teamfight, and leaves for 5 minutes. He then comes back and wouldn't you know our brand dcs to. remake only actually helps a small percentage of people leaving the game. If someone crashes or has a shitty computer, there is no way they will be able to reconnect in 3 minutes. So it seems like a stupid penalty. The remake time should be increased to 5-7 minutes. Also, there isn't any actual compensation for people leaving in the middle of the game so the system doesn't accomplish as much as it should and games are still being ruined by people leaving and people with bugsplats are being punished unfairly.
