Rune Bundle
I think a rune bundle like the one on the PBE should be on sale in the store for RP. It would include just runes with no pages. 1300-2600 RP would be a fair price. I'm not sure there is much else to say.

It would defeat the purpose of having only IP prices attached to runes. The idea is that you earn runes through play. Otherwise the game becomes pay-to-win. The runes should NEVER be purchasable with RP.
Incidentally, this is also why the IP-farming bots need to be banned, detected, and systematically removed.
