I am an adminstrator of a small gaming site that currently hosts a minecraft server and I was asked to expand our horizons. In this situation, I turn to League of Legends, one of my favorite past-times. Every player will earn their spot on the team and we will just play ranked. Just for fun and when we feel like it we can play in tournaments. We will have 4 hour blocks for practice everyday possible playing at least two games.

To even be considered to join this team you need to have a good attitude towards improving and can fit into tight schedules. WE want to be flexible and will be the motto of our team, "always flexible".

Two questions: Is recruitment still going on? And will the schedule be made around when the players can make it or is there already a time you had in mind? I only ask because you say that there is a "tight schedule."
