Silver ADC Main looking for semi-serious Ranked Team

I am a silver player that bounces between Silver 2 and Silver 5. My biggest goal out of joining a ranked team is to learn. I feel like a team environment with better players improves my play overall. It may even improve my solo queue play.

I play ADCs for the most part. My favorites are Kalista, Lucian and Tristana. I can play any of them well with the exception of Urgot. I play passive farm lanes and look for opportunities to trade. If you have a semi-passive support, we will have great synergy, guaranteed. In lane, I like to call the shots because often, the support will look for fights that we will lose so either I get flamed for getting out or letting them have double. That's why I play for the farm, so I can go big later in the game.

I am looking for a team that plays a couple of games a day and perhaps goes into tournaments. I want the team to have better plays than me so I can learn and improve. I am not afraid of criticism.
