Yea they have beat that poor turtle to death. He has had 8 nerfs since I started playing and only a quality of life change and an item that kinda helped him since...

The new jungle itself is a Rammus nerf. Any additional nerfs were uncalled for.

At least he hasn't been Sona'd yet. Although, that's not to say he won't be later on.
