"Invalid Context" when trying to create team in Team Builder

Getting this error if I try to start a new team in Team Builder.

First I didn't get the error, it just hung and wouldn't let me continue past champion select, I restarted the client and now I can't start building the team before that error pops up.

I seem to remember this error from back when Team Builder was new?

Confirmed! same bug as when Team Builder was brand new. Can't make a team, can enter solo TB queue but can't exit it without closing the client and it will never find a game.
