Losing less LP on ranked games where you didn't contribute to your team losing

I think Riot needs to create a system where you lose less LP if you were not a reason that your team lost. The thing is I know it's a team effort. But there are just too many games where ONE person has literally costed me and my other teammates the game. I think this system would also help put people in the elo they SHOULD be in. I just don't think it's fair that a whole team has to suffer and lose because of one person. And sometimes when you try to get that person to work with the team (in a kind way) they start trolling and making the situation even worse.
